As a GROW graduate you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards Chartership. You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.

On the Consultancy GROW Programme you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
Building Surveying - As part of our Building Surveying community you will survey a variety of commercial and residential buildings whist also getting involved in refurbishment projects and professional work such as dilapidations claims. Our work varies and covers commissions of all scales across all sectors. This is an opportunity for you to grow your skills and ability in advising on the condition of buildings and ways to improve them. The work will involve site visits and inspections as well as report writing.
