I love working in the construction industry because the projects make a difference to people’s lives. They improve the environment people work in, live in and socialise in.
I have just completed a Quest, which allows Arcadis employees to experience a week in another office. The goal is to understand more about the business and develop a chosen area of knowledge. I went to Singapore and Hong Kong, which was an amazing experience. I learned a tremendous amount, and I am looking forward to putting it into practice and presenting back my findings.
I love the independence and trust that the organisation places in me to deliver projects and work with clients. This approach has really helped to develop my confidence in my own abilities.
