Our Rail Group is growing and due to recent project wins and an increased demand from our clients for Systems Engineering, we are looking to expand our Systems Engineering group. We are now actively seeking Graduate Systems Engineers to join our dynamic and innovative team to support the delivery of projects within our Rail Group.

Our Systems Engineering Group is passionate about the challenging questions that we face. We are solution driven and reach beyond the normal to ensure that the work we undertake will leave a lasting legacy within the railway sector.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Working as part of a team on a broad range of assignments, including development of requirements at various levels, identifying interfaces and mitigation/control activities, developing systems architectures and contributing to the development of our own-inhouse methodology, tools and techniques.

In order to do this, the following characteristics are required:

  • Good problem solving skills
  • Able to demonstrate structured joined-up thinking
  • Able to present technical information
  • Able to manage own time effectively
  • Able to work effectively in groups
  • Able to use standard Microsoft office products.



Relevant degree in a technical subject (2:1 or above) – e.g. Physics, Engineering, Mathematics


  • Masters level qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Previous work experience in a relevant environment
  • Able to demonstrate previous knowledge of the rail sector
  • Able to demonstrate awareness of commercial considerations when working between organisations
