Our Buildings and Infrastructure team provides multidisciplinary solutions to water, highways, transport, environment, waste and energy clients in Ireland. Our highways team support Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Local Authorities in delivering feasibility studies and planning, design, construction supervision and operations and maintenance of national road schemes bringing together the talent and expertise necessary to successfully deliver these projects.

Jacobs has an enviable reputation in the Highways sector with a portfolio of high profile projects including the Dunkettle Interchange Improvement Scheme, N2 Ardee to Castleblayney and Clontibret to Border Schemes, N69 Listowel Bypass, Tunnels Contract Administration Services (TCAS), MetroLink and Dublin Airport North Runway.
Complex highways and transportation schemes require a multi-disciplinary approach, with Highways Engineers in the pivotal role of project leaders. As such, you will be a key participant in the team who will assist in the delivery of projects and project deliverables focusing on technical delivery including alignment, drainage, pavement and accommodation works
You will be required to regularly interface with other disciplines, such as geotechnical, structures, environmental and traffic, building on your experience in differing aspects of engineering and enabling you to fully demonstrate and develop your technical and project management skills.
