Our Graduate Development Programme is a structured 2-year scheme, aiming to progress Graduates into global project leaders and problem solvers. We provide the framework, mentoring and experience, to help you maximise your skills and ambition across a variety of locations and markets.

On joining our scheme in September 2023, you’ll rapidly gain knowledge of how our company works, where our motivations lie and, most importantly, where you can make innovative contributions to our projects and help us take a step towards a more connected and sustainable world.

About the opportunity

You will join a respected and ambitious company with excellent career prospects both locally and internationally. You will work as part of a diverse and highly skilled team of over 85 stakeholder engagement and communications professionals.

The main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of comprehensive and innovative communications, public consultation and stakeholder engagement across a range of small and large scale projects, making sure communities and local people have the opportunity to be heard.

The team works alongside planners, designers, technologists and engineers as well as clients to provide communications and engagement support and advice. This opportunity in to join our team in Birmingham.  

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Qualified to degree level in the relevant subject 
  • A flexible and innovative self-starter who’s passionate about developing skills
  • An ability to adapt and prioritise appropriately whilst working on a number of varied projects at once
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply skills to the solution of real-world problems
  • A well-rounded person – have you travelled around the world? Worked in a bar? Been captain of a sports team or volunteered for a charity? Tell us - we’re looking for people with interesting stories and experiences!
  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
