An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Central Planning and Insight team as we look to strengthen our capabilities and build upon the benefits derived from an even more Customer focused Insight delivery strategy. We currently have several fantastic opportunities for Business Insight Analysts to join our team for a 9 month placement beginning 26th September in both Coventry and Derby.
The objective of the Business Insight Analyst is to be an expert in utilising data to empower the business to make the right decisions and improve performance. The role will primarily support the existing Data and Insight experts within WPO/Central Planning to provide sufficient analytical horsepower with which to extract valuable Insights for the business to consume.
This role builds upon existing performance monitoring reporting, to discover patterns and trends in the data that are not immediately obvious and to translate the findings into compelling narrative, through visualisation and storytelling
In this role you will utilise existing reporting and models, through the innovative use of data manipulation and perform a range of analyses. These will include the design, creation and implementation of reports and dashboards, in BI tools such as PowerBI, in addition to building, developing and communicating insight to drive key business actions.
Building upon the technical skills you have, this role offers you the opportunity to showcase your talents across a range of high priority Business requirements, within an environment that is built to support your development.
We’d love to hear from you if you have an interest in Data or Business Analysis. This opportunity would suit you if you have experience in analytical problem solving, proactive thinking and data translation.
We are looking for individuals with high levels of attention to detail but a good understanding of how the data relates to the bigger picture.
You will have an ability to identify opportunities to drive progress and deliver a faster and better service with a curious, problem-solving mindset. If you have great communication skills and networking ability, with the confidence to effectively communicate to operational and business stakeholders then we want to hear from you!
