Stantec UK have a market-leading Environmental Services (ES) group, supporting clients across their environmental, geotechnical and water disciplines, and working with industry and water companies throughout the UK, and occasionally overseas. Within our ES group, we are seeking a number of Graduate Hydrologists, Hydrogeologists and Environmental Engineers to join our Graduate programme across our London, High Wycombe, Reading & Shrewsbury offices.
This is a great opportunity where you will assist in the delivery of high-quality solutions to environmental problems in the water and minerals sectors which will be a combination of both technical field and office-based work. You will learn to conceptualise and quantitatively describe hydrological systems and processes and report on your findings. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in a wide range of our core services: water resources, groundwater modelling, river and coastal modelling, flood risk assessments, drought analysis, climate change assessments hydrogeological impact assessments and catchment management. Finally, you will learn and execute project management principles within the project budget and scope.

You will have achieved an Honours Degree (BSc) 2:1, in geology, geography, environmental science or other relevant subject with a keen interest in working in Hydrology and Hydrogeology.
Preferred - You will be working towards or have completed a specialist Master’s Degree (MSc) that will further these ambitions.
And finally, any relevant work experience (attained during your studies) in an environmental related field is beneficial.
