When you join us, you will be part of our 2-year Graduate programme, tailored to your development. You will learn from and be mentored by some of the best technical minds in the industry. Based in our Redditch office, you will join a hardworking team supporting the delivery of a variety of projects for our clients in the water sector. We are in a unique position in AMP 7 to work with most Water UK clients, which provides an unrivalled opportunity to join an ambitious and fun team that will provide you with plenty of scope for career progression in the coming years.
You will work alongside senior engineers to support the whole project life cycle from optioneering through to detailed design and installation. You will also be involved with feasibility studies, data analysis, site surveys and investigations.
Team members are routinely engaged in supporting with producing technical specifications, equipment and process sizing calculations, schedules, reports and collaborative reviews and designs of solutions. We support collaborative design outputs, such as General Arrangement Drawings, process models, mass balances and P&IDs.
We know our continuing success and development depends on yours, so we go all the way when it comes to giving you the support you need to be the very best. Each graduate will be allocated a chartered engineer to act as their mentor to enable them to achieve chartered status.
In addition, we work on a hybrid model – having a balance of working from home and working in one of our many offices across the UK.
