Have you ever thought about joining a Graduate Development Programme, where you get to work in a diverse and welcoming environment whilst getting stuck into amazing projects? With us, you can start your journey to become professionally chartered or qualified.
We are very proud that our last Graduate intake was the largest UK intake to date… and we intend to do it all over again.
We have a super enthusiastic and diverse graduate cohort, with a total global workforce of 25,000 talented individuals.
When you join us, you will be part of our 2-year Graduate programme, tailored to your development. You will learn from and be mentored by some of the best technical minds in the industry. After you finish the programme, you will be continuing your career journey as you develop your technical and leadership capabilities. The opportunities are truly great.
Electrical, instrumentation control and automation (ICA) engineers are responsible for all the Electrical and ICA engineering elements of solutions and the production of associated outline and detailed designs to support the successful delivery of projects. You will be working on a variety of water and wastewater infrastructure related projects.
You will be joining our team in the Newcastle office where you will work as part of a multi-disciplined dedicated design group to support with undertaking technical audits, risk evaluations, the electrical/ICA design and liaise with other technical disciplines at feasibility, outline and detailed stages to produce solutions in a timely and cost effective manner.
We know our continuing success and development depends on yours, so we go all the way when it comes to giving you the support you need to be the very best. Each graduate will be allocated a chartered engineer to act as their mentor to enable them to achieve chartered status.
In addition, we work on a hybrid model – having a balance of working from home and working in one of our many offices across the UK. The MEICA Team is supportive, friendly, and professional – you will feel welcomed from the moment you step foot in the door.
