Our Project Management Graduates will work as part of the DXC Global Project Delivery Organisation which is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving Business outcomes for our UK Customers through the successful delivery of projects.

The two year programme

Our Project Management Graduate Scheme will help you gain an understanding of project management life cycles, processes and methodologies while also providing the basis for industry-standard accreditation. You’ll undertake a number of assignments, working alongside experienced project management professionals, in various project environments for diverse clients across multiple industry sectors.

Through practical experience of delivering projects using traditional and agile project management approaches we expect you to develop your skills in the management of project scope, cost, quality, resources, issue, risk, and communications and towards the end of the two years take full responsibility for the delivery of projects. You will be instrumental in the implementation of our New Style of Delivery model and helping our clients on their journey towards digital transformation.
