The role

Previously known as project manager, a graduate Scrum Master/Agile Coach will practice in leading a multi-disciplinary agile team, XP technical practices, agile methodologies, Scrum, XP and Kanban. You will gain skills in writing effective user stories with acceptance criteria, become an articulate communicator, and use your initiative to organise your Scrum team, facilitate meetings and daily Scrum practices. Along with this, you will be tracking project progress through software such as Jira, whilst acting as a "middle man" between the product owners (clients) and the developers.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Please don’t rule yourself out if your degree lies outside of mathematics and engineering or computer science.
  • You have a keen interest in the technology industry and keep up to date with the latest developments. Bonus points if you have knowledge of software development methodology and software testing techniques.
