Interested in a career in Regulatory Affairs? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Regulatory team as a Compliance Associate, based in Hull.

Within Regulatory Affairs, we partner in developing the right portfolio strategy and create innovative solutions in a compliant way for people to have Healthier Lives and Happier Homes. We actively engage with external stakeholders to understand, anticipate and proactively shape the legislative landscape we operate in, and then we bring that regulatory intelligence back to RB to drive better informed business decisions.. We drive business understanding and knowledge of the complex regulatory environment and classifications within RB's portfolio, whist monitoring product compliance through RB.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with post-approval maintenance projects for Hygiene and Home products such as Dish and Fabric care.
  • Liaising with colleagues in Regulatory, R&D and other departments globally to understand project regulatory requirements and provide regulatory support to ensure timely delivery of all information required, to enable robust and consistent project updates to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the projects are fully compliant and fulfil regulatory requirements such as REACH, CLP, Detergent regulations within and outside of the EU.
  • Provide support to Innovation, Legislation and related projects.

Is this you?

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a Life Science or related discipline
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills are a must, along with an eye for detail and a curiosity to learn
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset coupled with a ‘can-do’ hands on attitude

Relevant work experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential, as full training will be given.
