The commercial pathway gives graduates the chance to experience the customer-facing operations of the business.

Based in Slough, our commercial graduates play a pivotal role in helping to shape the route to market for many of our products. If you’re someone that likes getting under the skin of customers, this route is for you.

There are two options - the Hygiene pathway, focusing on our hygiene products, and the Health pathway, focusing on our range of health brands.

The Programme

2.5 year programme comprising:

• A three month placement in digital/media or eCommerce teams
• OR a three month placement in Field Sales *
• x2 one year rotations in Marketing and Sales
• Three months purpose elective with possibility of travel
• Project management from day one
• Retail collaboration

N.B: full UK driving license required for Health Commercial Scheme
