Want a role with real-world impact? As an R&D Operations Assistant at Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to help reinvent products that touch millions of lives. Worldwide.

Reckitt: For a Cleaner, Healthier World

We’re launching our sustainability plan, For a Cleaner, Healthier World. It sets out our 2030 ambitions and is backed by more than £1bn of planned investment over the next 10 years to ensure we meet our goals.

Focusing on the Health category, you’ll find new ways to improve our licensed medicine portfolio by supporting a global compliance project. Working with experts across R&D and supporting the testing of products with third party manufacturers, you’ll make sure we remain competitive, compliant and safe – breathing new life to existing household names. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we continue to solve real problems and improve the lives of millions of people globally.

You’ll succeed because…

…you’re a creative and tenacious problem solver. Degree qualified in a scientific discipline (preferably Chemistry), you’re also able to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external third-party suppliers. Independently minded, you’ve a healthy curiosity and will actively seek out additional information when you need it.

You’ll possess strong attention to technical detail as you will author technical documents and risk assessments relating to chemistry, manufacturing and controls to support regulatory licence variations across a multitude of products in the global market.

This is a fast paced, deadline driven role so the ability to work with large amounts of technical data accurately and at speed is essential.  Any experience of GMP would be highly desirable.

You’ll love it because…

This is an excellent opportunity for a Science graduate to gain exposure to a breadth of projects at various stages of the pharmaceutical development process and to expand your R&D knowledge of approved products in the market, resulting in real impact on business performance.

…you’ll get to make an impact like never before. We can’t wait to listen to your ideas. The products you help us get out there will make people’s lives better. Our iconic brands will provide an incredible platform for you. And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will help bring the very best out of you, every day.
