This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and immediate start position. The role will report directly to the Head of Transformation for the S&C South Alliance and will be responsible for transforming how the Alliance uses digital technology to improve the flow of information across the Alliance and the Parent Companies.

Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability
Exploring what is being done within the industry to introduce digital technology and how this is being exploited to Improve Visualisation, Reporting, Safety and Quality. While reducing the time to deliver the information and the cost of creating and managing the information.
Investigating and compiling a list of South Alliance “analogue” work flows such as progressive assurance and form G infrastructure conformance certificate that would benefit from digitisation.
Investigate the setting up of a central alliance control room that uses digitised data to command and control alliance worksites.
Develop and understand what IT equipment, software and applications would be required to role digitisation out across the alliance. This may include to commission of specific applications.
Prioritise which work flows would offer the greatest benefits if digitised and produce a business case to support the benefits and a digitisation roll out plan.
Work closely with the Management team to gain endorsement for authority to role out the digitisation plan.
Project manage the role out of the digitisation plan.
Current Undergraduate/Postgraduate student or a recent graduate in a STEM discipline.
