We are currently looking for a technical graduate to join our Freight Engineering Team. As an engineering graduate with Colas Rail, you will be enrolled in a two-year Engineering graduate programme which has a distinct focus on the technical side of our business. You can expect to be working closely with our experienced engineers and senior management on improving the UK rail systems. Throughout your programme we will support you via our Technical Development Frameworks and give you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge, with the goal to helping you achieve Chartered Engineering status.

We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and determined graduate who can work both independently and in a team. For the Engineering Graduate Programmes we are looking for at least a 2:2 from a reputable University, and the ability to stand out, by internships, university successes or extracurricular activities. We are also looking for someone who shares our ethics and behaviours, but are not afraid to look at ways in which we can continuously improve.
