Corby Tubes Works, located in Northamptonshire in the heart of England manufactures approximately 267,000 tonnes per year of thin-wall welded tube from steel strip for use in a range of applications, including construction, conveyance systems, lifting and excavating

The Manufacturing function plays a vital role in keeping our sites running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues in and beyond Manufacturing, ensuring that plant performance is optimised and that production targets are achieved to ensure a high-quality product is delivered to our customers on time. It involves operating at pace, with precision and to accurate technical guidelines. Skill, expertise and dedication are critical.

The Candidate

You must have at least a 2:1 Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing or Operations-based Management.

Driven, passionate and tenacious, your strong sense of personal accountability is bolstered by your eye for the bigger picture. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire trust and build engagement are also essential.
