The Role

The scale of the work we do means that Tata is an immense arena for learning and development.

The Manufacturing function plays a vital role in keeping our sites running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues in and beyond Manufacturing, ensuring that plant performance is optimised and that production targets are achieved to ensure a high-quality product is delivered to our customers on time. It involves operating at pace, with precision and to accurate technical guidelines. Skill, expertise and dedication are critical.

 We’re passionate about achievement, excellence and breakthrough thinking, and people at every level here have a thirst for development their knowledge. You’ll embrace change with enthusiasm, take ownership of issues and inspire others towards a culture of innovation.

You must have at least a 2:1 degree and ideally have some relevant work experience, perhaps gained during a placement. Driven, passionate and tenacious, your strong sense of personal accountability is bolstered by your eye for the bigger picture. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire trust and build engagement are also essential.

The graduate programme
