What training have you received since joining Tata Steel?
I have received a large amount of on-the-job training, Construction (Design Management) training, and attended several lunchtime talks from various external and internal speakers.
Do you have any hints/tips/advice you would give to someone applying to Tata Steel?
My main advice is to be yourself; the workplace is a friendly environment and this is mirrored during the recruitment process. Nothing is there to trip you up so just relax and show Tata Steel who you really are.
