What you'll be doing;

Veolia Emerging Talent
At Veolia, we see the world differently. By joining us as a graduate, degree apprentice or intern you'll be helping us to find innovative and meaningful solutions to solve the climate crisis and protect the planet's natural resources.

  • Support the Senior Administrator in delivering the administrative requirements of the business. 
  • Minute taking at all meetings between Veolia ES Birmingham and Birmingham City Council management team across all aspects of the contract 
  • Provide general support to other staff administrators 
  • Contribute to maintain a safe and secure working environment within the office 
  • Assist with handling customer enquiries and complaints when required 
  • A variety of other administrative duties as and when required 

What we're looking for;

  • Strong computer skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Good client service skills 
  • Being an effective team player 
  • Sound decision-making skills 
  • Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines 
  • Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment 
  • Confidentiality with regard to contract business.
