Our employees' well-being is really important to us. We don't believe in working long hours and operate a system of flexi-time. This means that everyone works core hours, but outside these you are free to start and leave when you please. Our core hours are shorter on a Friday, allowing you an early start to the weekend.
Additionally, employees can apply for a hybrid working arrangement after a period of time spent settling into the company. We have a generous and flexible holiday allowance of 25 days per annum, plus 8 bank holidays.
