Step One - Online application & CV

Apply to one of our exciting Junior Talent opportunities, please complete your online application and submit your curriculum vitae.

Step Two - Strengths-based assessment

You will be required to complete a strengths-based assessment once you have submitted your application, the assessment will also include a section on critical reasoning. This assessment must be completed within 5 days.

Step Three - Video Interview

You will be asked to attend a video interview. You will be given clear instructions before starting as well as the opportunity to complete a practice question. This must be submitted within 5 days.

Step Four - Virtual Assessment Centres

You will be asked to attend a virtual assessment centre in which you will perform a series of tasks. You will also have the chance to meet some of our Junior Talent to find out about their experiences at Fujitsu.
