Within Fujitsu Human Resources we are successfully using our people data to inform our strategic decision making and shape our future As an HR Data Analyst Degree Apprentice, you will join a team who is ready to welcome and support you. You will work alongside a team of HR system, data and information specialists to develop solutions and insights to help our business.
The Fujitsu Degree Apprenticeship is a 4-year scheme, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst studying towards your BSc (Hons) Data Science Degree with the University of Winchester.
The degree will be delivered through taught sessions at the University of Winchester. You will attend University one day per week with the rest of your time spent on the job with 20% of your time dedicated to your studies.
Each module you study will match up to the business area within Fujitsu that you will be working in, ensuring you are receiving work-based learning that is relevant to your course.
Within Fujitsu, you will receive lots of support to allow you to perform to the best of your ability in your role with us. You will be line managed and will receive coaching and mentoring from employees within the business. You will also undertake the 24 month modular development programme alongside others within the junior talent community.
