There’s never been a better time to be a testing graduate at Fujitsu. It’s all about leading the way forward as we continue to develop our Agile and DevOps ways of working to meet customer demands and remain relevant in a changing marketplace.
As part of the IT Testing Graduate Scheme you will gain internationally recognised testing qualifications provided by the ISTQB board including Foundation level, Advanced level & Agile. This training will include traditional testing methods as an important part of developing your testing skills, but we are driving towards change. We want graduates who will be proactive in steering us in the right direction, towards a more Agile way of working.
Being a Fujitsu graduate is far more than your daily activities though. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Testing Services.
For example, past graduates have worked on creating a new social platform for testing colleagues to share knowledge; written case studies to assist our sales team in improving our offerings and winning bids for new business; volunteered at the RAF Centurial Anniversary event promoting STEM subjects and careers in technology to young people; developed standardised goals for new graduates and apprentices to define what is expected of them and inspire them to go beyond.
At Fujitsu, you’re encouraged to develop yourself beyond the role you’re employed to do; we’ll provide plenty of possibilities but your future is in your own hands.
If this feels like something you’d enjoy being part of, you’re already showing the kind of enthusiasm we want to see in our graduates. But to give a little more detail, we want applicants who:
