Where the STEM jobs are
Gradcracker works here's the proof
"If I had to describe the company culture in one word it would be alive, because there’s always something going on, always something to get stuck into as a volunteer or something to enjoy."
I love the drive to improve not just what we do but how we do it. The idea of co-creation is a really good example. We focus on how to use our knowledge and innovation to bring value to a customer’s business.
I work flexitime and tend to come in early and leave early. I tend to finish up any work I left open the day before. After that it depends on the day. Right now, I am testing STAR Rail’s Smart Enablement project, so most days I am planning and managing testing activities for a new software release as part of a DevOps team.
I admired Fujitsu’s dedication to community involvement and diversity and inclusion. I enjoy informing and educating young people on the possibilities they have and how to achieve their dreams, so it was important to me that Fujitsu shared those values.
I receive internationally recognised qualification in Testing and Validation under the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board). These cover Foundation level, Advanced level and Agile Testing. I’m encouraged and supported to further my learning in related areas such as DevOps and Performance Testing.
I enjoy coming to work and a large part of that is the people I work with. If I had to describe the company culture in one word it would be alive, because there’s always something going on, always something to get stuck into as a volunteer or something to enjoy.
