Graduate Programme Overview

The programme in a nutshell 

Our two-year programme enables you to specialise in one of 15 discipline areas, while gaining experience of the whole property lifecycle by working closely with other teams.

You will take on responsibility in real, live project environments and our flat structure means you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple sectors. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside leading industry professionals and high-profile clients as you work towards your chartership.

You will take on responsibility in live environments.

Our graduate programme includes:

  • • A two-day formal induction
    • Classroom and virtual sessions covering technical skills in the construction lifecycle, and key business skills like presentation and leadership
    • Interactive group projects using live case studies
    • Guidance and support in order to progress towards professional chartership status with industry bodies. Our development programme is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
    • Support towards Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and The Professional Body for Facilities Management (BIFM)
    • Networking opportunities with senior managers and peers
    • One-to-one support from line managers, mentors, recent graduates and chartership advisers.
