Supporting a large project in Wales the Graduate Assistant Structural Engineer will learn and develop the skills necessary to support our production team delivering live projects. Working within the technical team the Graduate Assistant Structural Engineer will develop their analytical and design skills working closely with the rest of our technical team providing technical expertise to our projects.
The Graduate Assistant Structural Engineer will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
