Bouygues Energies and Services operates three structured training programmes, allowing graduates the opportunity to rotate across different project teams and departments during the 24 month scheme. The rotational placements allow graduates to experience different aspects of the Company, before deciding on their chosen specialism.
Engineering: Our engineering graduates work with high profile clients and customers across the sector, and work on some of the most innovative projects. Typical rotations include; Facilities Management (FM) Projects, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Solar Farms, Waste-to-Energy Plants, Nuclear Power Plants, Data Centres and Energy Performance Monitoring.
General Management: Our general management graduates typically undertake four rotations including; FM Operations, Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE), Commercial/Financial Management, Project Management, Human Resources/Learning & Development and Business Development.
Finance: Our finance graduates undertake rotations across Commercial Management, Finance, Quantity Surveying and Procurement. As part of the scheme, finance graduates also undertake the CIMA Professional Accountancy qualification, which is fully funded by the Company.
Graduates are supported through a number of development activities including being matched up with a senior-level mentor. On completion of the graduate scheme, high-performing individuals have the opportunity to undertake further studies including professional and vocational qualifications or management and leadership training.
