Manhattan Loft Gardens - London, Stratford

This £250 million (GDV), 143-metre landmark tower in East London combines technical prowess and architectural flair to create Europe’s most exciting residential and hotel tower.

Comprising 42 storeys and housing 248 apartments above a 150-room hotel, a spa, triple height lobby and two restaurants, Manhattan Loft Gardens confirms Stratford as one of the emerging prime residential, commercial and cultural hubs of London and plays a key role in the regeneration of the area.

Hounslow House - London, Hounslow

Hounslow House is the new civic building for the London Borough of Hounslow, delivering modern, flexible workspace and community facilities. The new offices support modern and flexible working practices, with shared offices for council, police and health services in the heart of Hounslow. The new building has been designed with the community in mind, creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment, while also reducing costs by moving to a smaller, more efficient building.

Sir Simon Milton Westminster UTC and Ebury Place - London, Westminster

Working together with Westminster City Council and Taylor Wimpey Central London, this landmark £65 million education and residential development has brought London’s SW1 to life.

This development provides a combined 56,000 sq ft University Technical College (UTC) with an 11-storey residential tower which offers 47 high-quality one, two and three-bedroom private tenure apartments, plus secure underground car parking. The UTC specialises in transport and construction engineering and includes workshops, a gym and sports facilities, as well as a large outdoor terrace.

Pontoon Dock - London, Newham

Linkcity is continuing the regeneration of the Royal Docks by creating three new buildings, ranging between five and 14 storeys and providing 154 apartments for private rental and 82 affordable homes which will form an impressive new gateway to the Thames Barrier Park with its striking landscaping with adventurous planting.

This will be one of the leading developments in London designed specifically for rental occupiers. Those living here will enjoy exceptional views over the River Thames, the park and the Royal Docks, as well as benefitting from the residents’ amenities, external terraces and the convenience of having the DLR station moments from their front door.

Cavendish III and Shared Facilities Hub - Cambridge

After completing The Triangle, Cambridge’s biggest office complex, we are now working with the University of Cambridge to deliver their Cavendish III physics laboratory and neighbouring Shared Facilities Hub. Cavendish III state-of-the-art facility will house the Department of Physics, and will comprise a range of laboratories, offices, clean rooms, workshops and multiple lecture theatres allowing the University to build upon its reputation for delivering world class scientific research.

The independent Shared Facilities Hub will offer a licensed bar/café and a range of food outlets as well as collaborative teaching, meeting, study and library spaces.

University College London Hospitals (UCLH) Proton Beam Therapy Centre - London, Euston

This new state-of-the-art hospital will be dedicated to advanced cancer treatment and surgery services in central London. The treatment centre will be one of the first facilities of its kind in the country and will form part of a new national high energy proton beam therapy programme.

The proton beam therapy facility will be located within one of the five below ground floors, and there will be six floors above ground offering care and treatment of blood cancer and short stay surgery. We are working in collaboration with our sister company, Bouygues Travaux Publics, for the underground element of the project.

Cardiff Innovation Centre - Cardiff

Cardiff Innovation Centre (CIC) will provide cutting-edge facilities that help researchers, students and industry work together to create products, spin-outs, start-ups and social enterprises and will be home to hundreds of academic researchers, students and university staff working alongside the private, public and third sectors to exploit new ideas.

When officially opened, this disused railway yard will be a centrepiece for innovation, and will feature two new centres driving innovation. One will house SPARK, the world’s first social science research park, and the Innovation Centre, a creative space for start-ups, spin-outs and partnerships. The other will be home to two world-leading scientific research establishments - the Institute for Compound Semiconductors and Cardiff Catalysis Institute.

Hinkley Point C - Somerset

EDF has awarded a contract to Bouygues Travaux Publics, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, in a consortium with the British company Laing O’Rourke, for the construction of the buildings that will house the two EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) nuclear reactors at Hinkley Point C. Bouygues UK is also constructing ancillary buildings: the Simulator Building (HBS), in which EDF will train their nuclear operatives to control and maintain the new power station prior to the facility becoming operational, and the AREVA Warehouse (HHA) which will provide a working environment for operatives involved in the manufacturing of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment for the new EPR.

The Hinkley Point C plant will consist of twin EPR reactors with a total capacity of 3.2 GW. It will supply 7% of the United Kingdom’s electricity consumption, providing power for more than five million homes.

Moulsecoomb Campus, University of Brighton

The Moulsecoomb Campus combines the expertise of four of Bouygues Construction’s UK companies.
