Bouygues Energies and Services offer three structured programmes including General Management, Engineering and Finance. Each scheme allows graduates the opportunity to rotate across different project teams and departments. The rotational placements enable our graduates to experience different aspects of the company, before deciding on their chosen specialism. The graduate scheme lasts 18-24 months.
Our general management graduates typically undertake four rotations including FM Operations, Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE), Commercial/Financial Management, Project Management, Human Resources/Learning & Development and Business Development. You will need to be geographically flexible for this role and achieved (or expect to achieve) at least a 2:1
