Overseeing an entire project, from watching it coming out of the ground, all the way to completion, is fantastic.
There are challenging times and situations, but the immense support of my line manager has helped me to resolve and investigate sources of issues. When communication works well and the tasks are being done you feel very proud of the accomplishment.

You need to be passionate about construction as it is a hard job, but extremely satisfying and rewarding - if you have the opportunity you should definitely take it.
