We’re at the forefront of digital transformation, shaping the future through human centred design solutions and innovation.

All STEM degrees have transferable skills

Will you be at a disadvantage if your degree isn't directly related to the job you're about to start? This Openreach graduate's experience will put your mind at ease. To watch the full Gradcracker/BT and Openreach webinar, click here.

Our programme gives you countless opportunities to approach new challenges and develop your digital skills. Whether you’re looking at future innovation, defining strategy, protecting customers through security, or working with teams across our company to develop new products, tools and systems, through insight driven data, you’ll help us break boundaries.

This programme focuses on building a broad future skill-set for our graduates, and to achieve this you’ll gain skills and knowledge across the digital life-cycle which will include designing, testing and operating our systems which are used to deliver vital services to our customers, who vary from large, multinational corporations to individuals using our products and services at home and in the work place.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop knowledge of the software lifecycle and put it into practice within the Digital division, making a real contribution to BT’s customers by creating customer centred products and services.

As a company were changing from the inside, ripping up the old ways of doing things and driving BT’s digital transformation agenda. We’re looking for customer-obsessed creators to help use amplify our growth and continuously evolve through agile ways of working.

You’ll need to demonstrate your passion for technology, and you’ll also need the ability to be able to translate complex ideas to our customers and the business acumen to see valuable opportunities when they arise.

If you don’t have a computer science background, don’t worry we have a comprehensive suite of training and support in place to help you develop the skills required within your given role. We’ll always give you the training and development you need to succeed.

We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
