As a graduate, you’ll be getting involved in projects from day one. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, testing and operating fixed and mobile network solutions across the globe. You’ll work on a range of new technologies which help underpin our network, helping to support and maintain vital UK services. And you’ll make sure it’s done keeping human centred design in mind.
But it’s not just our network you’ll be working on. You’ll also get work with our customers, from small businesses to big government departments, helping them to design their own networks. You’ll be seen as a specialist consultant; a real expert in the field. You won’t be on this journey on your own, your manager and team will be there to support you every step of the way as you build your experience.
Although we ask for a STEM degree, it doesn’t need to be computer science. We have a comprehensive suite of training and support in place to help you develop the skills required within your given role. We’ll always give you the training and development you need to succeed.
To succeed, you’ll need to demonstrate your passion for technology, in all its forms, this area is passionate about driving innovation through the use of Software automation. You’ll develop your ability to be able to translate complex ideas to our customers, as well as your business acumen to see valuable opportunities when they arise.
This is a rotational graduate programme, which means that during your time with as a graduate, you will get to experience working in different teams within your part of the business. This job is available in the Networks part of our business.
