How long have you worked at Team Cooper for? I’ve worked here for 6 months.

Why did you want to work at Team Cooper? I came across Team Cooper during my time at university and was very impressed with them. I developed my interest in working for the company from then.

What do you think are the benefits of working in a small business? You quickly get to know everyone in the company and become involved in all projects. Because of this you get to learn a lot in a very short space of time!

What do you think you have added to the business? I would like to think that I have added enthusiasm since I started! I also think that I’ve helped to critically question things which have helped the company to question its processes in its drive to better things.

What is the most exciting thing you have done since working at Team Cooper? The most exciting thing probably was the work I did to help the company develop a game for Nickelodeon’s ‘Addicted Games’ website. The company pitched the idea and I was part of the team that carried this work right the way through from conception to delivery.

How do you think this position has helped your future career prospects? It has helped a lot! It’s provided me with the first step in getting further into the industry. I’ve learnt and developed some really important skills.
