John Sisk & Son are looking for talented graduates to join our three year Early Careers programme. The first two years will focus of the technical development you will need to become a truly confident and quality operator on site. We then work with you in the third year establishing your career path within the business and open up opportunities for you.

Our early careers programme gives you the opportunity to see different construction projects and build your experience quickly. Our comprehensive workshop programme you will learn specialist Quantity Surveying and Commercial principles alongside key knowledge in other disciplines that will raise your business and operational effectiveness.
Your pathway to chartership will be full supported. Both workshop content and experience you gain is aligned with your chartership journey.
Your senior Mentor will support your development by ensuring your career plan is clear while on and beyond the programme. This will include your development as a Quantity Surveyor and also specialist areas of commercial management that you may wish to explore.
