John Sisk & Son are looking for talented undergraduates to join our Early Careers - Undergraduate Placement Programme, designed to give you the tools you need to develop your career. If you are studying a Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or Commercial/Quantity Surveying degree and are passionate about gaining experience, want to take control of your future career and get stuck in with a leading building contractor, then we may be the right fit for you!

You will join Sisk on the Undergraduate Placement Programme in the Summer of 2022, for either an 8 – 12 week or one-year placement. You will experience working on one of our sites, supplemented by high-quality professional training to ensure that you develop a broad range of skills and experience.

What we are looking for?

  • You will be a team player, have fresh ideas and be prepared to challenge us and yourself every step of the way.
  • You will be currently studying either a; Civil Mechanical/Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Site Management degree.
  • You will join Sisk on the Early Careers Undergraduate Placement programme in Summer 2022 and will complete a placement for a minimum of 8 weeks, supplemented by high-quality professional training to ensure that you develop a broad range of skills and experience. 
  • It is essential that you are geographically mobile across the UK, as you may be posted away from your home location.
