John Sisk & Son are looking for proactive, talented Construction/Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Civil Engineering graduates to join our Early Careers – Graduate Programme, that is focused on launching your career.
The first 2 years provides you with a broad range of experiences and knowledge allowing you to build the profession you want. If you have recently graduated or are due to graduate with a good Construction/Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other construction related degree, want to take control of your future career and get stuck in with a leading building contractor, then we may be the right fit for you!

Our Graduate Programme is a comprehensive two-year+ development journey that has been carefully designed to ensure you obtain the experience you require for the career you want; whether you have aspirations of leadership, to be a technical expert or develop specialist knowledge, there are plenty of opportunities to be built from your first two years with us.
Structured to a very detailed level, you will be working to a plan and against a specific timeline to ensure that you meet the experience levels required to obtain not only Chartership, but the foundation to build and excel in your area of specialism.
The programme utilises a blend of learning methodologies which will deliver the depth and breadth of learning and practical experience. This is combined with robust programme management to track your progress together with structured personal feedback and a support system that will ensure your success.
