For our Personal Healthcare business, our Regulatory Affairs team is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for Life Cycle Management to build Regulatory capability for Medicine in Europe, lead & project-manage expansion of existing dossiers to new markets, regulatory innovation based on current products, and day to day changes to our products keeping them on the market.
Regulatory Affairs encompasses a wide range of subjects, including not only disciplines traditionally associated with regulation, but communication with the goal of also ensuring the compliance of all in the market portfolio as well as the upcoming registrations. P&G Personal Healthcare business markets medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics and biocides in more than 100 countries worldwide interacting with various partners and service providers.
In this role you will:
Build medicine capability within Regulatory Affairs Life Cycle Management and ensure medicine supplement-specific aspects are well reflected in projects, work processes, and in our systems
Coordinate Regulatory Life Cycle Management activities for a Medicine, across multiple countries within and outside Europe.
Coordinate with Local Regulatory Affairs for roll outs (expansions to new markets), variations, renewals and answering health authority requests.
Advise organization of potential regulatory risks in normal day to day activities and recommend compliant actions.
Provide strategic input into Regional Product labelling and approval to enable commercial activation of product launches.
What we are looking for:
Fresh graduate or professional with initial regulatory affairs experience (0-2 years), preferably in consumer health and preferably across multiple regulatory classification areas
Geography: Ability to work permanently in country of residence (UK)
