What are we looking for?

We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic graduates in Project Management, Business Studies, Business Management or other relevant degree subjects; to join project management teams within our businesses.

  • You’ll have at minimum a 2:1 degree in Project Management or Business management related degree or a related subject*.
  • You’ll have graduated after January 2018.
  • *Other degree courses will be considered if you can demonstrate a passion for Project Management through your application.
  • You’ll have a flair for solving complex issues; you can identify and understand risk.
  • You’ll have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and proven team working and leadership ability.
  • You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor work permits or visas for this role.
  • Assessment centres will be taking place on the 11th and 19th of March in Warwickshire.
  • You will be subject to a pre-employment security clearance and drug and alcohol screening.
