Having led projects and guided through the consulting process, you will work to design, deliver, and manage major change programmes.

Approx. 6-8 years
You will now be able to lead large multifunctional teams in the delivery of major and complex improvement programmes.

Approx. 9 years
Having built a career with great technical and leadership skills, you'll begin to direct complex programmes, ensuring they're delivered on time and to budget.
