What to expect on the programme

Our Undergraduate placement programme can offer a Systems Engineer the experience of working to integrate products and processes from other large and diverse engineering teams. This work will typically involve engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, structured analysis of system functions, mapping and agreement of interfaces and production of verification and validation plans.

During the programme you will have the opportunity to experience working with engineers of all levels and disciplines to deliver against the AWE mission and goals in support of Continuous at Sea Deterrence.

You must be able to join AWE in August 2023 for 12 months. We recruit on a rolling basis which means as soon as our positions have been filled, we will close.

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas, if applicable.
