Help local and international businesses find better ways of doing tax whilst you progress towards becoming a tax advisor.

Why belonging at work matters

EY people share highlights from a new survey of UK employees across different industries.

At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers

Tax affects every aspect of our lives and laws are always changing. We help local and global organisations from start-ups to influential multinationals, manage every element of their business’s tax.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across borders, using EY tools and networks to solve complex business and tax problems. By combining the power of EY’s tax experience with innovative technology, you can help us transform the tax function of the future.

Programme duration: 3.5 years

What will you be doing?

You’ll build a career that’s yours to own. With infinite opportunities to lead, learn and transform, we’ll empower you to build a world as unique as you. You’ll be:

  • Working alongside and within various specialist tax teams within UK & Ireland
  • Working directly on tax reporting, compliance and planning alongside senior colleagues
  • Building important relationships with clients

Are you eligible to apply?

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, three A-levels, five Highers or equivalent, and an honours degree (in any subject) by the time the programme starts.

“Joining EY has allowed me to work with an inspiring team who have been so welcoming and encouraging. They have helped me to continually grow my knowledge with the unique and stimulating work we do each day.” Meaghan - Tax Graduate
