Solve complex technology problems for some of the world’s biggest businesses.

Why belonging at work matters

EY people share highlights from a new survey of UK employees across different industries.

At EY, no question is too small, too ambitious or too imaginative. We use our curiosity to ask better questions, that inspire better answers.

Our job is to understand what technological challenges our clients are facing, and then find the best solutions to help them improve how they work. Our teams specialise in a range of skills from those with existing computer science and programming expertise to those from wider STEM backgrounds but the desire to learn. It’s about being tech-savvy and great with people.

We're building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology and innovation. We deliver technology-enabled transformation to our clients to help generate long-term value. Our teams fuse business insight with technology, digital and data solutions for competitive advantage.

Programme duration: 2 years

What will you be doing?

You’ll build a career that’s yours to own. With infinite opportunities to lead, learn and transform, we’ll empower you to build a world as unique as you. You’ll be:

  • Working across a range of industries to address technology challenges for our clients
  • Building your knowledge of data analytics, cyber security, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies like blockchain and artificial intelligence
  • Using your technology knowledge and business experience to recommend the best solutions for our clients
  • Helping our clients to put in place organisation-wide transformation programme changes

Are you eligible to apply?

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language & Maths, three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent, and a STEM or computer science related honours degree by the time the programme starts.

We’re looking for students from a technology background that have a passion and interest in technology and/or those that have experience in SQL, Python, R, Java, C++ or PowerBI and knowledge of cloud computing, cyber security, data analysis/manipulation and reporting.

“Joining EY has allowed me to blend my passion for people with my love of technology. I'm building my career in a place where I feel confident and empowered.” Alistair, Technology Consulting Graduate
