We’re a professional services organisation that helps global companies make better decisions about business, finance, sustainability, and technology. We’re a group of over 400,000 talented people spanning the globe in more than 150 countries.

Are you at university and thinking about your next steps? Or recently graduated and are exploring your career options? If yes, then take a look at our US/UK Cross Border Graduate Programme. Working within the US/UK Cross Border tax division, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, working with clients, to help them manage risk whilst you gain practical experience in different areas of tax.
It’s okay to not know everything when it comes to your career, as it’s only just beginning. We’re here to support you! Our graduate programmes enable you to shape your future with confidence. From bots that do number crunching, to sustainability projects that positively impact people and the planet, we have opportunities to match your passion and strengths.
This is a three-year paid graduate programme where you’ll also be able to study towards an Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and potentially the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Additional Enrolled Agent for those in a dual handler (UK/US Tax) role.
You’ll join an inclusive and supportive team, where you’ll receive the coaching and mentoring you need to reach your potential. You’ll develop your knowledge with on-the-job learning, and regular training opportunities. Plus, your development doesn’t stop once you’ve completed the programme – we’ll continue to empower you with opportunities to supercharge your career and progress within EY.
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honour's degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
We welcome applications from all academic backgrounds and are looking for individuals who will succeed at EY in the desired role and future qualifications, therefore throughout our recruitment process your academic performance will be considered against your online assessment scores to determine your suitability for an EY role.
