Job description

We live in a diverse world and we want the world that we work in to reflect this. This is why we’ve created programmes like this, to ensure everyone is made aware of the work we do and given an equal opportunity to work with us. We are committed to building a culture of belonging and as such we are focused on doubling the proportion of female and Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) talent in the UK partnership to 40% female and 20% BME by July 2025.

Why EY?

How can we help you to succeed? What makes us different? If you want the answers to those questions in just 80 seconds view this animated summary.

What will you be doing?

Over two days you’ll take part in workshops, panel events and discussions. As well as learning about other people’s stories and careers, you’ll pick up great advice to help you sculpt your own, as you begin your career in business.

There’ll also be Q&As with our people, information on our D&I strategy from our EY Black Network, assessment centre workshops and the opportunity for networking.

This event is aimed at raising awareness with students from black heritage and you will need to be in your first year of a three-year course, or your second year of a four-year course, at university.
