Cala Homes are looking for a Surveying Degree Apprentice to join our team based in the East region of Scotland.
Our surveying team is responsible for preparing and controlling our construction cost budgets and management of subcontractor order placement and payment. They work closely with colleagues in the technical and construction teams regarding the design and appointment of the right subcontractors respectively for our construction sites.
We are looking for someone who is confident with numbers and people plus has a good understanding of all current IT applications.
You will study towards achieving a Quantity Surveyor qualification Level 6 one day per week at Westminster University whilst being a key member of the Cala team.
Alongside studying for your degree, you will gain experience working with a major UK housebuilder and leading provider of desirable homes across England. You will receive on the job training and be given learning opportunities to develop your core skills and help set you up for success. You will also have a dedicated mentor and support from the wider business and peers.
