Morrisons | Early Careers

What’s involved?

Throughout the 2-year scheme, you’ll gain exposure to all the different areas of the business and work alongside teams that are responsible for improving our insight and driving our success. The work you do will have a real-world impact, making improvements every day. You’ll need to be great with data as you’ll work with it day in, and day out. Day-to-day, you could be:

  • Finding solutions to business challenges using data and analytics
  • Improving the efficiency of processes throughout the business
  • Minimising waste within our manufacturing sites and stores
  • Improving our sales and service through customer insights

Our structured training and working on exciting projects mean you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn from experienced industry professionals. By the end of the programme, you’ll progress into the Data and Insight Team as a Data Scientist.
