One way that we are doing that is awarding £31,000 tax-free funding to talented individuals entering chemistry teacher training in England.

We are offering up to 150 Teacher Training Scholarships to the very best graduates entering chemistry teacher training in September 2025.

Our scholars also get free membership of the Royal Society of Chemistry for two years, which includes:
A chemistry or related degree with a proven or predicted grade of a 2:1 or above (if you have a 2:2 your application will be considered if you can demonstrate significant relevant experience/subject knowledge).
The number of scholarships are limited. We will close the application process when we have reached capacity, so we advise you to complete your scholarship application as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
