The Role

We are seeking to expand our team of UK consultants, providing a training platform to enable graduates to gain experience in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, logistics, construction, automotive and service industries. We have partnered on projects with some of the world’s largest companies in planning, implementing and sustaining Kaizen practices.

You will immediately gain experience in live client projects and receive intensive, structured on-the-job training covering all Kaizen methodologies. Our objective is to develop outstanding consultants who can implement transformational improvements to our clients’ organisational culture and operational performance. Along with this comes rapid career progression based on merit and ability.

We are renowned for not only delivering training and advice, but our practical approach to working with teams at all levels of a business to implement change with them, collaborating and coaching skills to develop autonomous behaviours and operational efficiency.

The Candidate

Kaizen Institute is looking for organised, self-motivated and highly capable engineering graduates and young professionals with up to 3 years’ experience. We are interested in candidates with a management, mechanical or manufacturing focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in a foreign language and previous experience abroad is valuable, but not essential. Being free to travel throughout the UK (and potentially overseas) is essential.

All applicants must be on track to achieve (or have already obtained) a minimum 2:1 Master’s degree.

Location of Work:

  • Consultants will primarily be based at client locations across the UK. 
  • Being free to travel during the week is essential.
