About the role

As a trainee consultant with Kaizen Institute you’ll have all of this, plus the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s biggest companies, rapidly develop your skills and learn from over 30 years in continuous improvement.

You will be part of project teams in each client, helping them implementing continuous improvement projects focused on Growth and QCD (Quality – Cost – Delivery) results. These projects will be based on a cultural transformation of the entire company, starting from the Gemba (place where the value is added) to the Management Teams.

About you

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated Engineering graduate with a management, mechanical or industrial focus and excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proficiency in a foreign language and experience abroad is highly valued and can provide the opportunity to work globally. Being free to travel is essential.

All applicants must have at least a MSc or a MEng degree.
